Why I studied it: I needed to embody my mindset shifts—to move awareness from thought into feeling, to anchor identity through integration. EFT gave me a way to do that: tapping through emotion (energy in motion), creating safety through sensation.

How I use it: We tap to release what’s heavy and welcome what’s true. It’s permission work—clearing space to create space with compassion, allowing space for your expansion, one breath and tap at a time.
